OneFifty Investments is a Saudi real estate investment company.
We invest our own and our partners’ capital in Saudi property, with a particular focus on Makkah and Madinah, and we help international institutions do the same.
We sit between three groups: global investors looking for long-term, asset-backed returns; Saudi landowners and developers who hold important sites but need international capital and expertise; and international buyers who want to own completed property in the two cities.
Our role is to bring these groups together carefully, on terms that work for everyone, and to navigate the regulation, relationships, and structuring that the market requires.
The opportunity in the holy cities is long-term and driven by fundamentals rather than by short-term market cycles, and our approach reflects that.
We are precise, patient, and built to last.
OneFifty Investments is incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and structured from inception to be Shariah-compliant.
For many of the institutions we work with — family offices, Islamic investment vehicles, and other faith-aligned capital — this is not an added feature but a starting point.

We work with institutions and professionals who are committed to Saudi Arabia for the long term.
International investors. Family offices, investment vehicles, sovereign-adjacent funds, and other institutions seeking asset-backed real estate exposure in the Kingdom, with clear structural demand behind it. Our investors tend to think in years rather than quarters, and they want a platform partner rather than a single transaction.
Saudi landowners and developers. Owners of significant sites who want to attract international capital and expertise, and who need a counterpart that understands both sides and can structure transactions that are viable and compliant.
International developers. Established developers seeking to enter the Saudi market through joint ventures with local landowners, who value a partner that can originate, structure, and de-risk the entry.
Strategic partners. Regulated entities, advisers, and sales networks whose capabilities complement ours, from CMA-licensed managers to international real estate distribution.
The name carries a simple idea.
In Arab and Islamic culture, numbers hold profound theological, cosmological, and aesthetic significance.
Striking patterns recur throughout the Quran: the word for “day” appears 365 times, and the word for “month” appears 12 times, each mirroring the natural cycle it names.
This reverence flows into architecture, where the Golden Ratio, star geometry, and fractal proportions transform buildings and tilework into devotional expressions of divine order.
We take the same view of our work. Real estate, done properly, is built on numbers: on evidence, on discipline, and on structures that hold up over time.
Saudi real estate, built on numbers.
In Arabic, every letter has a numerical value, a system known as Abjad Numerals that has been used for centuries. The letters of the word Saudi add up to one hundred and fifty. So OneFifty, written 150i, is Saudi expressed as a number.
